ABSTRACT: One of industrial process determining optimal level is control and measurement process of all physical quantities. This process can be conducted manually and automatically. In line with automatization, hence measurement and control processes are required. In this article we explain how to design of an equipment which can control automatically the green house by 8 analog inputs from censor controlled by microcontroller 8031. Eight (8) analog inputs obtained from 4 temperature censors, and 4 humidity censors. Cause of temperature and humidity quantities in a greenhouse hold a very important role, hence needed an installation of censor in a number of place. So that we can known of a level of homogeneity from measurement area. On the basis of that's, hence the work of actuator can be determined. On the basis of that's, hence the condition work of actuator can be determined. Actuator attached will operate cooling fan and water sprayer (springkler) to arrange humidity level of greenhouse's room. This design process use statistical analysis to determine curve of linear physical measured and the digital signal. The six analog inputs will get current of signal from censor of heat and humidity placed indoors greenhouse.
