ABSTRACT

Problems in this research is to know the deviation of physical condition of steel between factory product and Standart National Indonesia. Counted 24 test object speciment which consist of steel of deform BJTD 40 diametres 10 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm, and 32 mm, evaluated by the physical, through stressing test with low burden which increasing step by step until break. Parameter which measured in this research cover diameter, wide of surface, heavy, strain, tension postpone, and strength of stress of steel. Evaluation through perception of result test laboratory, and evaluation result show the existence of deviation of physical, however within measure can be accepted. Deviation happened at diameter, size measure of surface, heavy, boundary postpone and boundary strength. Of stress Wide of surface decrease 3,05 %, weight decrease 3,36 %, boundary postpone to minimize pass until 29,89%, and interesting strength minimize pass until 34,81%.
