ABSTRACT

In order to optimizing maintenance cost of DISA Molding machine which it is required by an inventory control spare parts. This research aim to know economic order quantity ( Q), ordering frequency ( F), ordering interval (V), Reorder point (B), and the total cost maintenance (TC). The result of this research is supporting spare parts and material made by inventory control planning. That are wear plate ( 11 sheet; 5 times; 2,4 month; 8 sheet; Rp. 41.703.864), guide shoes ( 22 pcs; 2 times; 6 month; 4 pcs; Rp. 2.619.091), guide pin (44 pcs; 2 times; 6 month; 8 pcs; Rp. 2.564.091), counter pressure bearing (12 pcs; 3 times; 4 month; 1 pcs; Rp. 1.860.000), and scrapper (0 pcs; 4 times; 3 month; 50 pcs; Rp. 23.170.833)
