ABSTRACK

Electronics technology development nowadays is very advance, so the working activity which done by manual in the beginning can be replaced by equipments controlled in electronic with the small supporter component but have own ability, high correctness and speed. One of among other things is microprocessor use as a centre of data processing for the system of examination IC (Integrated Circuit) digital. By using microprocessor Intel 8088 functioned by as minimum mode as controller of the core important, hence digital examination IC system can be done in electronic. A digital type IC to be tested to by earns the input of through keyboard which has been provided. Microprocessor will give the data to IC examinee later; then data yielded by IC perceived by the data and microprocessor compared to by a correctness data which have on file in memory. If data response from the IC examinee as according to existing real correct data, hence microprocessor will express that IC of mentioned in good circumstance. If on the contrary that happened hence microprocessor will express that the IC ugly. End result from this examination is presented by through displayed. To plan the development hereinafter will be more give the facility if can be attributed by a personal computer. Any program and book can be kept and taken away by a personal computer having storage media of larger ones and more practical.
