ABSTRACT: Election of peripheral road plan route Kabupaten Bondowoso is procurement of route the best of four route choices planned for the purpose of developing transportation current and extends Kota Bondowoso. Basis for plans route is level of travelled distance, availibility of road(street linear circuit and bridge, wide area of woke up possibly is hit peripheral road plan impact and expansion of part of town. While criterion analysed include;covers inter alia : region planology plan, availibility of land, social impact, road(street embryo and bridge, carriage operation cost, qualification of economics, technical qualification and qualification of area. While method utilized is matrix method 0-1 ( Nol-Satu) by doing dispersion of kuisioner to some intansi and hereinafter is determined its(the priority with evaluation matrix.
