ABSTRACT

The doctor diagnosis for the kidney ailment generally use urine with laboratory inspection. Through this diagnosis, however, the accurate data and quickly of kidney function cannot be obtained. For that reason it needs test instrument using radiation energy inserted to the body from radioisotope source which is transformed into photon through NaI crystal. The photon then is transformed into electrical signals by using photo multiplier tube (PMT). The signal generated are processed through signals and data processing in the form of counting in graphical at computer through interface system. From measurement 4 patient in the graph by 2 patient of normal condition and 2 patient kidney function disorder. Instrument measurement is a normal circumstance kidney function graph form and also the result disparity in diagnosis by doctor
