ENGINEERING JOURNAL : SIMULASI PENGENDALIAN TEMPERATUR PADA PABRIK GULA MENGGUNAKAN KONTROLER PID FUZZY

ABSTRACT: The process of making the most important sugar in juice purification station. Sap purification merits determine the quality of sugar produced. Purification Station is intended to eliminate or reduce the sugar content of the substance is not there in the palm by considering a non-destructive process of sucrose, either processing or chemical physics. Temperature settings on Juice Heater II is influenced by the flow of steam entering the former Juice Heater II is regulated by the valve. Temperature to be achieved and maintained at temperature settings on Juice Heater II is for 1050C. Steam entering the former Juice Heater II should be controlled properly so that the precision and accuracy are required valve settings. Juice Heater II is valve which controls the size of the temperature of 1050C and pressure sap Psi 0.75. In this study, the pressure obtained 0.75 Psi settling time results in 260 seconds and a high overshoot value (MP = 106.4324 = 43.24%). After using the PID-Fuzzy settling time obtained at 225 seconds and can improve the value of a high overshoot (MP = 105,7403 = 0,07403%). In granting the change of pressure disturbances from 1Psi = 0, 9 Psi, obtained the following results, when using PID control pure settling time obtained at 253 seconds and a high overshoot value (MP = 106,2815 = 28.15%). After using the PID-Fuzzy settling time obtained at 210 seconds and can improve the value of a high overshoot (MP = 105,5486 = 0,05486%). The results that using PID-Fuzzy controller can improve system response.
