ABSTRACT: Condition of infrastructure transportation that serve regional traffic of goods at link of arterial highway Surabaya – Gempol – Pasuruan – Probolinggo – Situbondo – Banyuwangi is not sufficient. It is caused by truck’s parking station not exist in Situbondo Regency yet. Besides, according to Bina Marga’s survey in 2006, amount of truck that through arterial highway in Situbondo is not less than 1000 vehicle per day. This research is aim to analyze necessary of truck’s parking station in Situbondo regency, in macroscopic and microscopic analysis. In macroscopic, this research analyze to election of location according some criteria such as land use, topography, traffic flow, moda integration etc. In microscopic, this research count to truck’s parking station areas. The primary data collected is volume of truck and road side interview. The secondary data is average daily traffic and Situbondo’s PDRB. According some criteria, Banyuglugur sub district is selected location of truck’s parking station and the area is 21.705 square meters. In detail, primary facility is 17684 square meters, support facility is 404 square meters and circulation and open space is 3617 square meters.
