ABSTRACT

On drilling machine cutting tool and work-piece as structure system whose complex dynamic characteristics consisted from cantilever beam tool. Forces of cutting tool that act during cutting process provide deformation rise is formulated as disturbance to accuracy of cutting results, provide deflection effect on tool drill shaft whose magnitudes are varied with application points change. As consequences, deviation and deformation variations from chip dimension of cut work piece. On cutting tool periodic forces are formulated due to unbalance of tool drill shaft, lead to transverse vibration work simultaneously. Resulted cutting surfaces are waveness or roughness on cutting surfaces. Condition prediction and analysis of signature due to tranverse cutting force resultants working on the tip of cutting edge of drill machnie are formulated as vibration equation of cantilever beam with transverse load.
